Manufacturer’s mistakes
When the merchandise has faults such as wrong types or manufacturer’s errors, the shipping cost will be provided by the K-HAIR company.
(Before shipping the hair, the dealers will send pictures and videos of hair for customers to confirm color/ styles of hair before shipping. If the order is agreed by customers, in case when customer get the hair and want to adjust or fix on hair, customer will pay the shipping fee back)
Customer’s mistakes
When the problems result from the customers, the responsibility for the shipping fee belongs to the customers.
Refund
Only when the products meet the K-HAIR conditions can the customers receive refunds on Paypal or Bank accounts.
