K-Hair respect your personal information, so we don’t require you to leave any information public on the website to order the hair. All the business process is through WhatsApp chat and call only.

Order Process

Please follow the steps below as our suggestion for your orders:

Search for your products at our website
Select your final one and send its name with detailed description (texture, length, color, etc) to our Hotline +84 96 789 4448. You can also contact our sales staff directly via Whatsapp number. We have an professional team expertising in languages such as English, French, Portuguese, Spanish and Russian to support you the best
Confirm your final decision with us regarding types, description and quantity
We will send order confirmation with invoice
You confirm the invoice and make payment. Our factory will start making when we got your money
Our factory will update your status of hair production everyday. You can video call to us anytime to see your product in our factory (This privilege is just applied in our K-Hair factory)
We make a video call for you to check the quantity of hair when we finish your production. We ONLY SHIP WHEN YOU ARE SATISFIED
Order will be packed properly before sending to Logistics Providers

Pricing & Currency Conversion

All prices quoted in US dollars:

Payment options: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Western Union, MoneyGram, Bank Transfer and also Nigerian agents.
International transaction fee: K-Hair is a Vietnamese operated company based in Hanoi, Vietnam, with shipping facilities worldwide. If you are ordering outside of Vietnam, your credit card company or bank might charge you a fee of $1-$10. This fee is not charged by K-Hair as it is charged directly by your bank because you are purchasing something outside of your country of origin.

IV. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Buying hair from K-Hair, you can choose one from a variety of shipping methods, as long as it is of your convenience. There are two main ways for you to choose:

Shipping through agent like Gabriel agent: recommended for Nigerian, Ghana and Cameroon customers
Shipping through international shipping units like UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc: applied for customers all over the world

Shipping through Agent

You choose the agent: You send us the agent address, and then we will help you work with them to deliver the hair at normal cost.
You agree with the shipping agent we choose: We work with the agent, and then the agent will send you WhatsApp messages to confirm delivery time.

Shipping through Shipping Units

You can choose a suitable unit. We will work with the unit to send the hair, and you will get the tracking information of your cargo.

VI. Returns & Exchanges

Requirements for Refund & Exchange

Within 7 days of receiving the packet.
Hair must NOT have been installed, dyed, permed, tampered or altered in any situations.
Hair MUST be in its original bundle and NOT be untied at the top.
Returned packages MUST include a copy of the original invoice.
Hair MUST be confirmed defected by the company.
The packets MUST be returned exactly with information that was provided by the K-Hair Company within the allotted time (we do not take credits or refunds if you make any mistake).
The product MUST be listed as non-customized products (that were not included in our catalogs).

Notification: We will not accept refunds or exchanges for buyer remorse or expired deposit and will not accept your refunds or exchanges which do not follow the requirements. We only issue refunds or exchanges for wrong sent or manufacturing errors only.

Process of Refund & Exchange

Contact our Customer Service department to issue a refund or exchange.
Send pictures or videos of the hair, invoice date to prove that it is refundable (exchangeable) according to the company refund requirements.
When the packet was confirmed refundable, customers can start sending the packet back to the information provided by K-Hair company for direct check.
After the packet was received by us, we’ll check for defects and termine who is responsible for the faults. (We’ll stop processing the refund if the packet was not the same as in the pictures or videos that we received earlier)
After the items match the conditions and requirements for return and exchange, the company will issue an exchange or refund by Vietnamese Bank account.

Shipping Fees for Refund & Exchange

K-Hair will pay the shipping fees for wrong sent or manufacturing errors only.
The customers will pay the shipping fees if the product was broken or changed, fixed, etc. by the customers
